Dongguan Daojiao Hongji Die Casting & Mould Factory (hereafter referred to HJ) is a professional die casting manufacturer in Dongguan city, Guangdong province in China. We have 6 years' experience in die casting field, and very qualified for die casting products. Recently we have opened another new factory and new painting line is set up. We are now providing "one stop service" from mould opening, to die casting, then to post processing and assembly. We have die casting machines from 150T to 800T to support our production. We have very strict quality control during the production(100percent quality check). Currently, We are mainly doing the business of Al, Zn alloy die casting products in lighting accessory(lamp cover, lampshade, LED lampshade, lamp cup, etc. ), electronic machine accessory (cover and holder), electrical appliance accessory and various connectors etc.

Our self-moulding process: Mold designing-Mold manufacturing-Mold Surface Spotting-Mold Mending-Finished Mould.

Our self-die casting process: Liquating Molten aluminum-Holding of molten aluminum-Die casting-Dimension inspection-Grinding-Hanging type sandblast-Painting-packing-shipped out.

We can design mould and manufacture die casting products as our customers' request.
